Revenue and impact are designed separately.
Impact is not converted into a revenue model.
Mini-Talks was born from a real experience within my own family.
That's why the financial model was designed from the start so that the solution would be free for everyone.
The solution is not sold.
Revenue is generated from outside the system.
This revenue comes through Brick-Up.
Brick-Up offers LEGO-based products that appeal to a broad audience.
This way, Mini-Talks stays free.
The app and Mini-Talks Studio are open to everyone.
Mini-Workshops are carried out with volunteer support for free.
Mini-Kits are prepared with revenue from Brick-Up and delivered to children in the selective mutism process.
Revenue and impact are separated so the system can continue to work and grow.
This model is also used in other projects under Brick-Up.
One of these is 6-dot Brick, developed for visually impaired individuals and an Apple Swift Student Challenge winner.
Revenue is generated from outside the problem area.
It is free.
Brick-Up produces carefully designed LEGO-based products that appeal to genuine LEGO fans.
These products are not the solution itself — they form the financial engine behind the solution.
Revenue generated through Brick-Up supports projects like Mini-Talks and keeps them free for everyone.
